  • First session is FREE. Subsequent sessions are $100/hr. If that is too pricy, I offer sliding scale discounts for those with lower income. I prefer payment through Venmo or Paypal.

  • Each session is personalized, but always centered on progress. We work through your current challenges while building practical systems around habits, mindset, and emotional regulation that you can apply in your daily life.

Mindfulness and reflection may be part of the process, but the emphasis is on integration, helping you turn awareness into consistent action and lasting change.

  • My approach is personalized and grounded in evidence-based strategies around habit-building, mindset, and mindfulness. If you're open to it, I also make space for spirituality in a way that fits your beliefs.

We work collaboratively to align your daily actions with your values, and I often coordinate alongside therapists or other providers to reinforce the work you're already doing. My focus is on helping you take what you understand and actually apply it, where real change happens.

This isn't about quick fixes or surface-level motivation. It's about discipline, consistency, and high-impact habits that move the needle over time. I don't follow a rigid system or push an agenda, everything is adapted to your situation so it's realistic and sustainable.

It's also important to me that this process is enjoyable. Growth takes effort, but it doesn't have to feel miserable or overwhelming.

  • Coaching focuses on forward movement. Building sustainable habits, structure, and clarity in your day-to-day life. Therapy is more clinical and often centers on processing. Coaching complements therapy by helping you take action.

I value collaboration and often work alongside therapists or psychiatrists to help reinforce their work through structured, action-oriented support.

You don’t need to be in therapy to work with me, but I’ll always be honest if I believe another modality would better support you, either alongside coaching or instead of it.

  • I help people manage stress, build habits that support their mental health, and create more structure and consistency in their daily lives.

We focus might on areas like emotional regulation, anxiety and panic management, ADHD-related challenges, sleep, and breaking unhelpful patterns or addictive behaviors.

We also look at the bigger picture, your values, goals, and sense of direction, so the changes you’re making actually align with what matters to you. This is a collaborative process that includes practical strategies, pattern awareness, and tools like mindfulness when helpful, all aimed at improving your overall wellbeing in a realistic, sustainable way.

My focus is simple, helping you build a life that aligns with who you are and what matters most to you.

  • This is best for people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or inconsistent and want practical support creating change. It’s especially helpful if you’re ready to take action but need structure and accountability. You don’t need to have any idea on what you need to be focused on to start, that is my job to help discover where a little focus in a few key areas would yield the most benefits for you that fastest.

  • This may not be the best fit if you’re looking for a passive experience or immediate results without effort. Coaching works best when you’re open to trying new approaches and making consistent, gradual changes.

I won’t ask you to do anything I wouldn’t personally do or that isn’t realistic for your situation. At the same time, I won’t waste your time or money, if I believe coaching isn’t what you need right now, I’ll be direct about that and help point you toward what would serve you better.
